The actual closure of the gained lead or prospect is the responsibility of the client, not Acres Digital Prospecting.

We aim to provide high quality, targeted leads for our clients but we do not act as the closers of those leads, that is the responsibility of the client.

The output is often aligned to the input. Inevitably, the information we receive from the client needs to be accurate and realistic, we can guide the process but we will need some input.

We have never, and never will, publish or make available information received to third parties. We wholly respect data security and confidentiality and operate strictly within the laws of GDPR and ethical best practice.

Reporting is available to all clients.

All standard reporting is included in our monthly fee and available for you via the portal.

Bespoke reporting is available by request and some clients have multi-tiered reporting. One report for the operator, the Sales/Marketing lead for example and one for the board or other members of the SLT. Bespoke reporting time is charged on a time and materials basis unless by separate negotiation.

We can integrate these reports to almost any CRM via webhook or API and have the teams to set that up for you if desired.
